Contributions are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. The fair market value of goods and services received in connection with this event is estimated at $700 per guest. The tax-deductible portion of each ticket or sponsorship is limited to the amount paid in excess of that fair market value. All venue expenses are fully offset by ticket sales — 100% of net proceeds go directly to the Committee for the First Amendment.
